Logging into Able for the First Time
Below is the email you should receive from alerts@ableteams.com to start completing your documents:
Click on the gray button circled in red to begin.
The button should take you to the following page:
The username highlighted in yellow in the Username/Email field will auto-populate. This is your unique Able username; do not delete it from the field (mtest296136 is an example). Take note of this username; you will use it every time you log in.
Select in the bottom right corner (circled in red above).
Submit your email address in the following field:
Select the orange button once your information is filled out.
The following page will pop up:
Check your email for this email from alerts@ableteams.com:
Select the gray button (circled in red) and you will be prompted to create a password.
You will be able to click the button once your password in the Password and Confirm Password fields match. Your password also must contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and be at least 8 characters.
Once you click Submit, the Able homepage should appear.
The next time you log in, you will use the username that auto populated into the username field earlier (i.e. mtest296136) and the new password you created.
Completing Your Onboarding Documents
Once logged into Able and on the homepage, select the button on the top right of the screen (circled in red below) to begin.
- Please Note: you do NOT need to complete the “Complete My Profile” section on Able. It is a feature that cannot be removed but is not required.
You will be prompted to Get Started on the next screen. Select the orange button circled in red below.
- Please Note: the forms shown in the image above are examples. You may see more or less forms depending on what the onboarding specialist sends you.
Provide all information into the required fields and select the button as you continue filling out and submitting the documents.
Good to Know
To view old paperwork, you may select “Onboarding History” highlighted in yellow on the left-hand menu of the homepage.
Once in “Onboarding History,” you may click “view” on the right-hand side to view specific paperwork.
