Able Login Instructions
- When the consultant receives the email to login to Able it looks like this and comes from
- They click “get Started” and this page appears

The username that appears is the one they need to use! They CANNOT erase this out and put their email address in

- The reason why, is because the paperwork I have issued to them is attached to this specific username
- They CANNOT click “sign up” they need to stay on “login”
- For Password-click “forgot password” (continue below)

- Password-When they click “forgot password” this page will appear
- They need to put that auto populated username in this field, NOT their email address
- I suggest they copy and paste the username on that first login page so they don’t need to memorize it to enter it in this field
- Then click “submit”
- After they click submit, this message appears
- They then need to go to their emails, the email you listed in Jobscience is the email address it will automatically be sent to
- After they go to their email and open the new email it looks like this
- Click “Reset password”
- This message will appear
- They need to create a new password following the red guidelines
- Click “submit”
- It will then automatically take them back to the main login page and fill in their email address- They need to REMOVE their email address and put in their auto filled username *This is where people get super confused and leave their email address instead of replacing it with the username*

- Put their newly created password in and it will take them to the main login page
- They need to “Complete Onboarding” Documents listed at top, NOT “complete my profile”
