Logging Time From a Mobile Device

The community site for timecard approval is also available from a mobile device.  Open your mobile browser and navigate to the login URL noted in the first section of the document portal.eightelevengroup.com 

From your device, enter the same username and password used to log into the community site from your desktop or laptop.  Once logged in, you will have access to the same pages and features that are available from your computer browser.  The community pages will adjust according to the size of your mobile device.

• Access to Timesheet list pages
• Perform mass or individual timesheet approvals
• View submitted expenses
  • *Note – Receipts attached as picture files (e.g. jpeg, png, etc.) are viewable from a mobile device. Document and PDF attachments will not be viewable from the mobile site.
• View Timesheet details and expenses
• Reject Timesheets
